Company Liquidation

Many so called consultancy firms will charge you up front anything from £2,000-10,000 + VAT to begin a voluntary liquidation of your business. Some will even use the tactic of scaring you to believe that you may face disqualification and imprisonment, if you don’t pay and handle things properly. Whilst it can be true in very serious cases of company misconduct, almost certainly it will not apply to you, especially now in this environment. If you want a non biased view and advice from people who been there, contact us now, we’ll never charge you a penny.

Company Administration

Administration is simply a process of allowing an insolvency practitioner to run your business on behalf of your creditors if it becomes insolvent. This is usually only necessary for a larger business with many employees. It can often provide time for the business to be rescued or otherwise acquired by a third party. We can provide further advice for free on this process if you believe your business may require it. Contact us now.

Voluntary arrangement

A company voluntary arrangement allows you to formally and legally negotiate time with you creditors to pay your debts, if you become insolvent. It is an agreement binding on both parties. Many of these agreements fail in the end and so it’s important to study your circumstances carefully before entering into anything. Contact us to discuss your circumstances, we won’t charge you anything.
